I learned this years ago at a soccer camp. If I remember right the coach/trainer got the info from a military buddy. Showering at the end of the day, last few minutes in the shower turn it down to as cold as you can. It constricts veins and arteries and pumps more oxygen into your muscles and helps them get back into shape and ready for training the next day.

you can train this by controlling your breath. the stress makes it harder. With some good breaths you can overcome the fear of cold

My pool is 72 and that's so cold to me lol my husband over winter was doing these and got in for 10 min at 52° f it was so damn cold lol I give you props.

Get it!! Not gonna lie had a good laugh but way to start and you’ll only get better! I’m currently doing ice plunges at 35 degree water for 3-5 mins and it’s amazing still a mind battle getting in but it’s so worth it! Also I recommend brit get some neoprene socks so her feet won’t hurt. They are a game changer for sure! Best of luck!

Everyone doing cold plunge, but it's pretty clear in literature that this is actually pretty dangerous. If you have any underlying heart problems, don't do this

I just want to say I’m 13 year old girl and I just started a channel actually yesterday and started doing the cold Plunge yesterday and today was my second day and from a coming from a 13 year old even it sucks it really does they’re not joking they’re not being babies or anything you lose your breath like she said your feet can’t hold you up it feels like but every time it gets better my dad does it is reason why I do it but I just want to let them know that honestly they’re doing pretty good yesterday I only did it for 10 seconds and they did a minute
