I think it is a very nice performance, different then we are used from Glennis but I liked the jazzy vibe and all that outstanding musicians. I also like Candy Dulfer, her style makes me think of David Sanborn, it has the same quality. I have to disagree with you. I thought that Glennis proves that she can sing any song effortlessly in high- and low notes. But then again it is a matter of taste. Thanks for you reaction
I think GG likes to try and sing most genres. I think both GG and Whitney bring a different flavor to jazzy type music. Even though GG sounds pretty good I think the pop genre fits her more. Then again it could be all about song choice also. Whatever the case though I enjoy hearing GG saaang and slaaaay no matter what she sings. Thanks for your review. 😍😘
I didn’t dislike it, it was a just a certain kind of song. The song lends itself very well for the great sax solo of Candy, but doesn’t display the voice of Glennis. So I’m with you on this.
