Hey friends,
How are you feeling today? Healthy, fit, and motivated? I'm excited to share another video and also wanted to let you guys know that I'm preparing to share more videos here with you guys, so I'll hopefully have one workout a week out or maybe two and hopefully a video about another topic that interests you guys!
Today I challenge you all to do a little quarantine self-assessment and answer these questions: have I been keeping to my usual routines, have I been eating healthy, how is my mental state, and am I doing the things I need to do to reach my wellness goals? I'll answer them in a comment down below, so I hope to see your answers today!

½ cup gf rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
Sprinkle cinnamon

½ banana

SNACK - POST WORKOUT SMOOTHIE
1 cup frozen mango
1 handful spinach
1 banana

3-4 ice cubes

Quinoa
Shredded chicken

Cilantro Dress
½ cup oat milk
1 small avocado
1 cup cilantro
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
SNACK - PROTEIN BALLS
DINNER - GROUND TURKEY BURGER
1 Ground Turkey Burger (Trader Joes Frozen Aisle)
Cauliflower Stir Fry
Broccoli
White Rice

As someone who is trying to lose weight and fearful of overeating, it was nice to see how much you eat!
Girl I completely understand. Focus on eating Whole Foods and nutrient dense foods that will fuel your muscles and your body! You will already start to see change happen when you make those healthier choices! xx
Sami Clarke so good to see you aren’t scared of carbs and you have abs :)
Try to be hungry for breakfast. Nothing worse than pigging out at night then "oh I just skip breakfast".
Usually I hate this kind of what I eat in a day of someone who looks like a model, because typically they eat just vegetables and very little, but it’s nice seeing that you consume all types of foods and isn’t scared of portions.
We had such a killer workout this morning! Love to see what you eat in combination with the training! Cant wait to cook together!

Yes I have been staying on top of my routines (SO IMPORTANT FOR ME), I've tried to eat as healthy as possible as well, mentally I've had my moment's (but haven't we all), BIG Yes I'm loving my wellness journey experience especially during this time of social distancing. Now YOUR TURN!

@@samiclarke Do you follow strict macros and calorie count? I know some people limit how much banana they use because of sugar, I personally love bananas but I have been using smaller pieces because of the sugar. In the big picture does it really matter if its a whole banana or half a banana or little chunk of banana!? This is driving ME BANANAS! LOL
Tiffany Ann hey so when it comes to fruit sugar it’s never really a bad thing because it’s not a processed bleached sugar that comes in say M&Ms. so long as you aren’t overeating fruit then it doesn’t matter how much of a banana you use. I’ve been on an apple kick since like January but I always limit it to one apple a day. Apples and bananas that are fruit with a good amount of natural sugar but they also have necessary nutrients we need to stay healthy. A good rule to follow is to have at least one serving of fruit a day and (if possible) have a serving of veggies with each meal. Whether that’s 3 meals a day or 2 meals a day, depending on if you do intermittent fasting. I just find my favorite veggies and fry them up in some olive oil so I have it for the next few days. If you make a lot of smoothies that would probably be the only time to take the amount of fruit into consideration since most smoothies have at least some kind of fruit in it. I hope this is helpful.
I love how this video shows that you don't have to starve yourself to lose or maintain your weight.
The fact that she is wearing like five different outfits in one entire day while I wear the same outfit in one week is killing me.
During this quarantine I’ve been keeping it healthy with my vegan diet! Starting the day with an açai smoothie then progressively binge eating Oreos and Ben and Jerry’s vegan ice cream, occasionally throw in a salad just to feel better about all the sugar I’ve been consumed through out the day 😱

your plates are always so beautifully presented and pleasing to look at... I feel like that’s HUGE when it comes to hunger and mindless eating, I always feel more full when I make a nice plate. have to start plating my meals like that!!!

Hey Sami! I’ve been trying to keep up w my usual routine, but fail at times. Haven’t been eating extremely healthy lately due to the wide variety of sweets and unhealthy snacks in the house, and the boredom!! I’d say that my mental health is at a good point right now after finding ways to improve it. I have been working out very regularly to get to my wellness goals though! Pretty proud of myself for that:) will be trying to eat healthier from now

Hi ! Can you do more what I eat in a day's? I actually really enjoyed this and it is very realistic. It's good to know how MUCH you eat actually.. I don't even eat this much and I am trying to lose weight. Good to know you can be as lean and gorgeous as you and eat nutrient-dense foods! :) Please do more of these!! I lost motivation during this quarantine tbh.

I eat them raw.
Grated nutmeg
Cinnamon
Almond or oat milk.

Pumpkin
Flaxseeds
Pour some hotwater into the mix with RAW honey. Mmm

Love that idea! And I prefer the Ancient Nutrition because I like the consistency better with my coffee and they have a multi collagen where you get more collagen peptides than Vital!
I love that you keep your meals super simple, yet attainable. This is definitely a full day of eating that I would do. I'm totally trying that cilantro sauce this week!!

It will be okay if you have that one food you really want right now. You don't need to go to the gym today. Just take some time to make sure you are well.
