please release some side by side comparisons of the ricoh and this lens on a full frame camera! i have a zv-e1 and i purchased one of these; i plan on sneaking it into venues and shows in the hopes that security guards will assume my camera is a point-and-shoot and not a professional camera
Dope! I love mine for walk around. I haven’t tried any video with it since I can’t get an ND filter on it. I will give it a try in aperture priority and let the camera do the work
Great review, Kyle! Really like your video style, super well put together 👏
I appreciate that, thanks so much! 🙏
Viltrox please do 18mmF2.8 for APSC next! It’s the one lens I desperately need.
Id buy it for fujifilm!
If it’s not too far off, Sony makes both a 16mm 2.8 and a 20mm 2.8 both as pancake lenses

That sounds like a fun idea. I'll add it to the list of things to shoot!
Great presentation and explanation.
Got the Samyang 35mm f2.8 for minimal size. I like to have the possiblity to have f2.8 for 26g more.
I was looking at that one too! How’s the video autofocus?
@kyle_munoz not sure. Never had the feeling it's bad, however I do not film professionally with it - just talking head so far.
interesting! maybe i’ll test that one out as well!
Strange, the a7C doesnt film open gate footage so wondering why you slapped on those fake borders on your footage 🤔
cuz i like them 🤷♂️
Any idea if its coming for fuji x mount?
I have no clue

yup! Aperture priority with auto ISO is the way to go. then adjust with the exposure comp dial at the top. Has been working great for me so far
That’s what I use for photos. Are you using those same settings for video as well?
@@one901 yessir!
If you have a 3d printer, you can print a filter holder that slips right over the lens: ruclips.net/video/wosqK6XOByA/видео.html
OOOOO, i'm definitely going to do this!
Why did you wait?
a lens like this hadn’t come out yet
Nice video
Thanks I appreciate it!
