LOL, so they can’t even start making your order until you give them your cup in the drive-thru or mobile which kinda defeats the whole purpose of these. Plus the line will be held up longer in the drive through. You know darn while, not all of the cups with be clean. Hope they don’t touch the cups on equipment.
This will also make the lines longer

What’s the purpose of them putting your cup in the vessel? If I didn’t use the vessel, them touching it would be no different than them already touching the non reusable one and then you touching it after. The vessel container just seems gimmicky to me
☕️ ~ There’s a way to make this even better, because unfortunately most people won’t care enough to bring your own cup for a $.10 discount. Make a lottery out of it. When people pay with a debit card there automatically entered into a drawing as long as they did not waste a cup. He might have One person a month win $1000. Something like that. Just a thought.
Or you can make your own cup of coffee instead of drinking starshit coffee

I'm kind of surprised a lot of Health departments are okay with this. I know a lot of times add Starbucks or McDonald's I'm giving the wrong order and they can't take that back and they just let me keep it in addition to giving me the correct order.
