"The Power of Now" and "Atomic Habits" have both had a profound impact on my life. I refer to both still.
I've heard a lot of hype around Atomic Habits - I'm sort of resistant toward habits as a concept so I'd like to check this out and have some new perspectives!
@@thedavidboland I get that! I found it to be about mindset more than anything. Based on your journey of where you were a couple of years ago to where you are today, it seems like something that might resonate with you. There is a RUclips video by Escaping Ordinary (B. C Marx) called "How to become 37.78 times better at anything / Atomic Habits summary". I would link it here, but I don't want to appear to be spamming. The video is about 28 minutes long and it covers everything you would want to take away from the book while investing only 28 minutes. Call them habits or anything you wish...rituals, steps, etc....I think we all do them.

It’s the embarrassing moment of being caught in being sentimental and being Snickered at by those who have No sincere sentiments but not understanding what is sincere and yet knowing there is sincere intent and guilt envy jealousy and consuming too much scripted media and idk much. Hope I’m not alone if not that well thought out statement of eternal confusion
