Girl you are hot!!! Trust me, check out Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid..zendaya!!! they’re so skinny but everyone loves their bodies and them 😎. I have that skinny
Body type as well, and in the past i over ate and hated being skinny. Now I wish I never hated it and embraced it 😭 go to the gym to tone up and feel stronger but you DONT HAVE to gain weight to feel normal. Not everyone one has to be thick, I personally want to be skinny af but toned 👍

I came across your tiktok & Im so happy for you! Your such an inspiration, Im looking forward to seeing more of your videos. My goal has always been to gain weight (Im naturally small) but I recently got out of really toxic relationship that put me in a very down place where I ended up loosing even more weight. I’m here from tiktok 🥺 I’m doing the exact thing, currently at the bulking stage... gaining weight is definitely not easy and it takes so much time and patience but happens! Gives me so much motivation seeing other girls who believed in themselves and achieved a rewarding result 😍

I think you are an amazing influencer and when I first came across your journey and how you started workouts it inspired to become better for myself because I personally have trouble with stay consistent in the gym and I am a athlete so I’m also trying to find different workouts I can try to help me build the right amount muscle and stamina so I can do what I do best I would love to see more arm works and legs and quads because I do wanna bulk and I’m also big on the whole diet thing so I definitely look up to you thank you for inspiring me ❤I hope you find true happiness 😊

I have such a hard time gaining weight I feel so stuck but I’m inspired by you..you are beautiful!!! I would love to keep seeing videos from you! However I can’t watch your videos without headphones cause my dog freaks out from the beeping..my dads a firefighter, change the batteries in the smoke detector girlie!! A smoke detector can change your life god forbid anything happens in the house! Lots of love ❤️❤️❤️
I think that beeping noise you have is the fire alarm running low on battery. Stay safe x

I couldn’t even watch the video because my dogs got too scared. Either smoke or carbon monoxide detector is my guess 🤷🏼♀️ maybe next time

I don’t know where to start and I weight 118 but i want to gain 125 but muscle I feel like I’m never going to get there because of work and college. My problem is not knowing how to stay on a schedule and staying motivated
The first time I went to the gym I worked out SO HARD & threw up...😭🥴 but I’m still on my fitness journey now & im still doing research a lot

I’m struggling to lose weight, I used to be very skinny and would be body shamed for being skinny but I always kept telling myself that I wanted to gain weight. And I did gain weight and not in a healthy way. I hope I can use this journey in a good way to help me be consistent with working out.

At first I hated Greek yogurt, but then I started to LOVE them. 😂 especially when making a parfait. Yummy
I just started eating it and I hate it so much. I just blend it with some powder or use it to make a smoothie bowl

What is your advice for those bad days that you just feel like giving up? Iv been struggling with my self confidence for a long time due to others trying to break my self esteem but I am working toward becoming the best version of myself for myself. No one should discourage you.its normal for people to discourage you but you know yourself better.try to push harder cus you will be amazed at how far you will become.we all go through that but we still push

50% is your genetics/Natural response to muscle stimulus & hypertrophy / muscle fiber make up
20% is the way you work out /discipline/consistency form/ technique/ volume/ progressive overload
30% is nutrition/ diet and caloric intake
End of story. We all love going on instagram and thinking if we do someones workout we'll look like them but that's not true. its about making the best out of what you have through your DNA. IT all comes down to the percentages above.
