They banned Body Count from playing this so Soundgarden did it....respect
Fuck yes... Soundgarden and Body Count, a match made in heaven... Ernie C is the fuckin man
Watched sound garden play this in phx AZ in 92
Barrie Ontario, August 5th. Still have my tic stub and the tshirt I bought.
Saw this tour that year and the pit for this one was INSANE. We were all trying to mosh while keeping both middle fingers raised during the “FUCK THE POLICE” part.
That looks insane.
@@mollyrawford5834 Wouldn't have had it any other way. There was a sea of double birds.
At our stop in Barrie Ontario -- just north of Toronto -- during an extended jam of a song I can't remember, Eddie Vedder climbed the stage rigging to the top -- had to be about 80'. He stumbled on the tarps covering the rigging, got to the other side and started climbing down. When he got about 25-30' above the pit, he jumped and they caught him like he landed in a pile of feathers. Then he sank in and when the roadies and security finally pulled him out his shirt was GONE. Got back onstage and just kept on jumping around.
This, is, a masterpiece 🤘🎸🎸🎸🥁
Yes!!!!!
My homeboy Ernie C I love you man you are one badass guitar player RIP Chris FUCK the POLICE!!!
Ernie C is the man
This is fucking great! I wish I could have been there!
i was here! then hurricane andrew came the following night. wow this is like seeing a dream again
I was there too! I wish there was more footage of all acts that day. I guess I’ll take what I can get.
I saw the
A day or 2 before in Orlando and Chris was talking shit to the hurricane saying we are not afraid of you and that kind of stuff. I will never forget
I remember all the news coverage of it -- looked absolutely horrific. When Ian hit last year, aside from being very worried about friends in Florida, I was stunned by the destruction at Sanibel and Captiva -- my grandparents used to winter near there and the beaches on both islands were beautiful.
@@tommyt1971 yeah it sucked, I was 13 at the time and this was my first concert ever. Such a good day, then a shitty day. I lived in Homestead---where the eye hit! I do remember that Ministry was ridiculous and so heavy for my young mind lol
@@cheapdate2334 south dade didn't get the memo !
I was there, great fuggin day!
I was here lalapalooza and Ice Cube was there Bicentennial park Bayside
Hurricane Andrew hit the next day
Damn, you're right. I remember the news coverage -- it was devastating.
I saw them play this at the Lollapolooza in Orlando. I'm assuming either right before or after this one. I just know that the Orlando show was the night that Hurricane Andrew came ashore & absolutely fucked shit up in Miami.
No te emociones.
@@vagabundo1600 igualito echó un pie, fue hermosamente épico juju
this looks pro shot.....any idea if the whole show has ever surfaced? thanks for the upload...this is awesome!!
no it doesn't lol
Depends on your personal definition of “pro shot”
Its just not convincing when its soundgarden
ive only seen the pearl jam part of this show
They kinda butcher it but still cool to see.
Body Count was forbidden from playing this song at this festival. So soundgarden playing this last minute is more a statement then them trying to play a song they practiced alot.
Ernie C is the only salvageable part of this performance, Chris Cornell and them destroyed this song bruh. He will never be as awesome as Ice-T

@@NinoMit87 Chris told us they were going to play it b/c Ice was a good friend and they wanted us to "hear what we were missing". Statement about censorship.
This is some legendary shit!!!
