Lightning lord is a considered a follow up attack like Clara’s counter so if it works the same then it will snapshot the tingyun buffs on the characters and deal more damage without consuming a skill usage
Tingyun all the way, Bronya is very good don't get me wrong, but Tingyun additional lightning damage is useful for a lot situation. To me I only use Bronya when I'm farming relic, secondary team in forgotten hall or killing the weekly bosses, but as for simulated universe, I only use tingyun paired with bailu, seele and welt
Hypercarry Jing yuan/Seele you can use Asta/Tingyun on the third spot and a healer like Natasha or Bailu on the final slot Welt's slow with break is enough to stall most enemies to the point where you can do multiple rotations before the enemy gets a turn.
Actually it’s bad because if you youse Selee she is the fastest in your team and she literally consume all your skill points so you don’t have those to heal or to buff more the 1/2 times. Maybe it’s ok for easy runs but in end game you need at least one tank and one healer so there 2 spot left for 1 buffer and one dps. And no one explain who is better Bronya or Tang

If Tingyun blesses Jing Yuan, will lightning lord also do extra damage? And if so, will it do extra damage for each attack count?

you can use both at the same time, just make sure the 4th character gives you enough survivability

Together both can make every of your battle looks like a showcase, but pay attention to ur team comp, if theres a room for 2 supports then its fine

Don't need survivability if the enemy is dead. Best defense is more DPS.
