Seems well-made but what I'm seeing is a velcro inner belt and a stiff outer belt that you slide your gear onto and then attach to the inner belt via a velcro liner. Kinda like a regular-ass duty rig that cops have been using for a couple of decades now.
Have you ever tried the Esstac Enhanced Shooter's belt with the plastic liner?
How'd you get the DST Medical pouch to mount on this belt? Did you just force it through the velcro layers?

How does the 1.75 in belt work with the mag pouches, does the shorter width affect how freely the pouches slide around?
