- Despite her love of violence and tendency to tease Subaru, Korone is actually incredibly considerate. Throughout the practice sessions and the event itself, Korone was always staying near the back of the group, on the lookout to make sure no one gets left behind.

In case anyone was wondering what was going on with her at this time: Gura had started watching a VoD of some of the PvP practice sessions to mentally prepare for her match and to make sure another rules misunderstanding didn't happen like with Red Light Green Light, she was muted and briefly went AFK as well, so she had a delayed reaction to moving areas as a result.
What happened during Red Light Green Light? I didn't end up seeing any of the festival besides for clips o.o
@@OsakaLover There is a loophole where you can move after the red light title disappears so Gura exploited it in practice because the rules changed a day before (the last rule you can move if the red light disappears). This is why many people are confused, but before the first round they have practiced and cleared the misunderstanding, but EN's translation is not good, that's why they don't know (sorry for wrong grammars hope you can understand it)

@@OsakaLover Like what Nezumiiro said, there was a loophole where right after the 'Red Light' title disappear and just before the 'Green Light' title appeared, you can actually make your move. Gura exploited it and moved while everyone was waiting for the 'Green Light' title to appear. I guess they made the rules clearer after that.
@@nezumiiroo Additionally, the oversea members were worried about ping so they didn't exactly intentionally exploit the loophole, but more like tried to time how soon they could move and how much earlier they were supposed to stop during the practice rounds. I think some other members like irys also appeared to move before the green light showed up, but Gura was the most obvious since she did it the most consistently

Yeah, I noticed she hasn't been doing nearly as many endurance streams in the last couple months. She said she was having dizzy spells and her hands were shaking, so she definitely needs to take a break and take care of herself. We'll wait for the doggo's return!

It's a Japanese cultural thing, there is even a game about it that you most likely already know about.

Idk what it is, but always makes me so happy when I hear the JP girls talk about the EN girls so casually. I think I was always nervous that the 2 groups would be too divided, soit always makes me happy whenever they collab or have some form of interaction.
I think even if they were to be divided the only reason would've been because of the language barrier, otherwise everyone is really sweet and welcoming towards each other in both EN and JP vtubers. If all of them could speak both english and Japanese, then the collabs would've been more often as well between the two groups.

The summer festival also helped immensely, we got way more cross collabs since. The server portal adds more to that. Truly Minecraft brings people together.
@@Bakuganluver23 Not to undermine what Coco did, but I'm sure HoloEN would have existed eventually, it just makes sense, but she definitely helped make it happen earlier than it otherwise would have.
@@HappyBeezerStudios The summer festival was nice, but a bit too chaotic for anyone to really form any proper connections. The Minecraft server merge though, now THAT kicked off a lot of stuff, it's absolutely insane. Speaking of, super excited for Haachama to return to the EN server tomorrow!
Gosh, Korone is so sweet. This really makes me hope that they'll do a collab someday. I feel like Gura's Japanese and Korone's English are both good enough that they could do it. Just imagine the cuteness overload.

Absolutely. Been waiting for a Gura/Korone collab for so long. The energy and randomness of that will be on another level. Mario Kart would be interesting to see, with them battling over who is not last, because both aren't the best drivers but enjoy the game and have fun. Nene would also fit right in there.

It's the exact reason why JShay was the first translator/clipper i followed lol, it's been something like 1 year and 4 month~ that i'm in the rabbit hole and i discovered it with korone's clipp and animations related to her ( the legendary eekum bokum from 2ManySnacks for exemple)

Korone is probably the only reason I'm still in the rabbit hole. I've tried Suisei, Watame, Subaru, Marine, Pekora, Okayu, Polka, Nene, and Fubuki but I always come back to Korone.
