I have a lifelong physical disability so I have to stay away from animal t shirts plastic barettes ect. I MUST look put together for strangers to even pay attention to me. The video I needed!! I just went shopping a few weeks ago for a cruise last week and took many of your tips into the dressing room. This is even better! Will be utilizing these for many, many months. Thanks for being vulnerable. That's what my belly looks like, but I need to work on gut health this next few months because I bloat out nearly daily by the end of the day, so I begin looking great and end with a massive bloat problem. All my casual things I got last year are XL flowy tops that make me look bigger. Time for real, healthy foods.

You are so right about swim suits, Serena! I always tried to get along with swim suits in solid dark colors, wondering why it doesn‘t work. Since I discovered patterned swim suits, I was really surprised, how much better it looks. And I would suggest not to choose a very small pattern, it is almost no difference to solid color.
