We use Super Sprouter heat mats because they last! Various sizes at Amazon!
Grow lights we use are King LED 1,000 watt and T5 Fixture that uses 8 bulbs. King at Amazon and T5 fixture purchased at Greenhouse Megastore.

I had a seed bounce out of the cell and germinate on the bottom of the tray in about a 1/16 of seed starting mix. I planted it and it’s doing great. 😑
