    Hi Jason, do you recommend taking geometry before algebra 2?

    • @MathAndScience
      @MathAndScience  3 года назад +6

      In general yes, however it isn’t strictly required. You can jump from algebra 1 to algebra 2 without problems. But there are some useful concepts in geometry mainly dealing with angles and triangles that are very good to know for algebra 2.

    @Math and Science
    I have question about the course sequence on your website.
    1) Pre-Algebra Tutor: Volume 1
    2) Pre-Algebra Tutor: Volume 2
    3) Algebra 1 Tutor: Volume 1 & 2
    4) Algebra 2 Tutor
    5) Algebra Word Problem Tutor
    6) The Geometry Tutor
    7) The Advanced Algebra Tutor
    8) The Matrix Algebra Tutor
    9) The Trigonometry & Pre-Calculus Tutor
    Do you recommend swiping out algebra one and two tutor for the algebra one and algebra two course version? And will I still be getting the same content from algebra 2 tutor/ college algebra like algebra word problem tutor, advanced algebra tutor and matrix algebra in the algebra 2 “course”

    • @MathAndScience
      @MathAndScience  3 года назад

      Geometry is not included in that sequence. Matrix algebra is not yet included in that sequence, but will be included in the future. Algebra two tutor and advanced algebra tutor is all completely covered in that sequence.

    Fraction to decimal, divide the denominator by the numerator and fraction to percent i do the same but after multiply by 100, decimal to fraction i just look at how much numbers are after the decimal point and thats the denominator, if its 0.457 theres 3 numbers after so the denominator would be 1000 and you times the decimal by 1000 which is 457 so 457/1000.. Is this right?
