Simplicity & McCalls: two pattern making companies in 70s. I used to make my own clothes then, from these pattern books, buying the material in fabric shops.

@@ASMRTidBits I can never remember the price of anything ;-) but it was certainly affordable & I was a young girl. There was a lot more originality I would say, & I did see one of the dresses I made in your video -
