Thank you. I'm glad you liked it.
This very good video havc system traubleshooting good
Yes, thank you 😊
Great
Which part would output/emit hot air (due to the process, if there is) into the environment? Is it the cooling tower? and would such cooling tower be mouted on top of the building roof?

Sir..just asking..I stop the AHU sistem..do i need to stop the chiller water pump?
In some HVAC systems, the chilled water pump may serve multiple AHUs. If turning off the AHU means that no cooling is required in any part of the building, it may be reasonable to turn off the chilled water pump to save energy. However, if there are other areas that still require cooling, you should keep the chilled water pump running.

Like the animation except the mistake of the flow. The hot water exiting the condenser should fall from the top pipe down not the bottom pipe up. Other than that good and informative
1:45 flow through the "Condenser Water Pump" seems backwards.
Yeah, that's your correct. I have already mentioned in the pinned comment. To keep the animation simple I did like that.
why does this system need a cooling tower if it already has a chiller. Seems that the cooling tower only contributes to cooling the water by 5 degrees, a marginal contribution.
The Chiller is using the water from Cooling Tower to Cool down the temperature of the Refrigerant.
In Air Cooled Chiller, the chiller using Air to cooled down the Refrigerant Temperature.
So, Cooling Tower is much important Component in a Chiller system.
How Cooling tower works and How the water from the Cooling tower is used in the Chiller these are explained in the previous video.

How to find

And delta T of cooling tower and chiller???
Do you need the industrial chiller?

👍👍👍
R134a refrigerant chiller plant section pressure???
The suction pressure can vary depend on the design and load.
Suction pressure should be 30-40psig and
Discharge pressure should be 140-180psig

How does water go to cooling tower from condenser witout pump
Actually the condenser water pump is pumping the water from chiller to cooling tower.
The chilled water pump is pumping the water from chiller to AHU.
The one pump is doing the both jobs.
In some of the chiller plant we can see two pumps called Primary pump and secondary pump.
Primary pump is used to pump the water to chiller and secondary pump is used to pump the water to AHU or cooling plant.
But in some of the plants only primary pump is enough to pump the water to chiller and AHU or Cooling tower.
Here I have mentioned primary pump chiller plant.
Thank you asking your doubts.
If you need more clarification please don't hesitate to ask.
@@zebralearningsenglish-pn6fl please correct in the animation also inlet
I think inlet is from downside and outlet is abov
@@zebralearningsenglish-pn6fl ok thanks
Thanks for letting me know. Actually I know that already. But I wanted to keep the pump in horizontal position that's why I made this animation like this.
U didn't mention what goes on inside the chiller between the evaporator and condenser
The Refrigerant is going inside the chiller between evaporator and condenser.
I have explained this in the chiller working principle video.

Chillers with AHU doesn't make sense to me! Why not just use AC and put the evaporator in the AHU?
I've seen some buildings that don't have the AHU but the chiller's cold water goes into the building and special radiators with blowers cool down the interior.
It's based on the size of the area where we want to cool down. If the area is small, we can use FCU which is like AHU but small in size. FCU uses the chilled water from chiller and blows the cooled air. but, for the largest areas, AHU is the efficient one to cools down the room temperature.

I Think direction flow for suction and discharge is wrong. thanks
Yeah, that's I already mentioned in the comments. For the design, I changed that. However, the working principle is the same.

How our heart working flow blood
I can explain, bro but this channel is only for HVAC and Electrical content.
Where is the Inlet water coming from ? Is there a continuous flow of inlet water? I’m confused
The water entering the cooling tower at 35deg C where is that coming from?
The chilled water circulates inside the pipelines.
But when there is a need for water due to water leakages, the water will be added from the makeup tank.
But how did the water get into the chiller in the first place that’s what I don’t understand
Where did the water going into the evaporator to produce the chilled water come from? Is there a tank in the AHU that is sending water to the chiller?
I understand the closed loop but the video didn’t really discuss how the water got in there in the first place

Now I can understand your question. There will be a tank called Makeup tank. From that tank, a pump is connected to the pipeline of the chiller. From that tank, water will be filled throughout the chiller pipeline first. Then the water continues to circulate in a closed loop. If there is any leakage of water in the chiller pipeline. From the makeup tank, the water is again added to the chiller pipeline through the pump.
The pump is on the wrong side because the suction of the pump is horizotal and the pump is discharge pump is on top.
Yeah, I wanted to keep the pump in Horizontal direction only. That's why I designed like this. Thank you for letting me know.

You would like to work in Oman?
Thank you for considering me for the opportunity in your company. I appreciate the offer, but at the moment, I've recently been promoted in my current role, and my commitments here are a priority. I'm also deeply passionate about teaching, which is why I dedicate time to creating educational HVAC content on my RUclips channel. While I don't have extensive practical experience, my strength lies in theoretical understanding. Unfortunately, relocating isn't feasible for me right now. I hope you understand, and I'm grateful for the offer.
Hello
@@nickyotieno9255 Hi
A animação está errada. Fluxos de água de condensação e gelada.
Water flow is going the incorrect direction into both pumps and into the cooling tower.
Can you please explain?
I have checked it's gong in correct direction.
The inlet water for cooling tower must in the top 35 c.
Then the outlet must be in the bottom of the cooling tower 30 c ., and so on for the AHU.
Yeah, I checked now. You're correct the inlet for cooling tower should be at top and outlet should be at bottom.
Thank you for letting me know.
The direction is wrong it’s supposed to go in 12 to 6 .. not 6 to 12
@@Dirtydollars020 6 ºC to 12 ºC is the correct one. The chiller will send the chilled water to the AHU and AHU will use that water and sends out at 12 ºC.
Water flow direction is not correct
The flow direction is correct. Only the inlet and outlet position is wrong. That I already mentioned it. That's for the design I changed that.
Next time it will be perfect.
Thanks for your comment.
