My daily habit is watching a Gabe video before bed every night 😂… it’s not the worst habit, but maybe better not to look at the phone so late.
I read Atomic Habits earlier this year and definitely recommend it. Really puts things in to perspective when you look at your habits and realize by every habit or action you take, you are casting a vote to be that type of person. ie, skipping going to the gym, you are casting a vote in favor of being the type of person who doesn't work out, and vice versa. You just have to have more wins than losses.
I also just finished reading Miracle Morning, which I saw in one of your other videos. Another great read, thanks for recommending it!

For me, i got excited about going to the gym after i purchased the most expensive pair of tennis shoes I've ever bought before, along with 2 new yoga-style outfits that were a size smaller than i needed.
I wouldn't allow myself to wear my new sneakers until i could fit into my new gym clothes. ❤
= 1 Month later, i was wearing both to the gym, and loving my gym experiences. 😊

Where are your videos?
I would LOVE to be able to listen to headphones while running to motivate me... But women don't have that luxury 🤷♀️ safety first. Even with bone conducting headphones it doesn't feel safe.
I try to be smart about this too. In case it helps, I sometimes use just one conventional earbud instead and keep the volume very reasonable (sort of back to mono audio days!).
