yes, having more interaction makes me want opt more , so we can hold mana in the oponnent turn. But most of the times you are casting it on your turn to try to find a creature to play and in that spot sleight of hand is better because you see more cards right away and dont trigger the oponnent faerie masterminds. so, both are fine, just going to depend on your final list and preferences
