- Their Beatlesque keyboard sound and Bee Gees style chorus are kept modern with a psychedelic climax a la the Flaming Lips. These guys definitely know how to pay homage without sounding outdated.

I have been a old hippie and found this group on internet great band reminds me of old dead
Josh Clark is so underrated.... Must be amazing to stand in between Trevor and Reed!! I see this band any chance I get! Wish they would play more off the self title album at shows though!!!!! IF YOU SEE THIS TREVOR, Please play 1 or 2 off TLG at the Chicago show in Jan!!! much love!
Sweet hot stuff
When was this?!?
Totally bums me out that they seem to always skip over Michigan when they come play the Midwest lately :(
THIS IS MY SHIT!!!!!!!!!
i like the weird middle section. but the 2 drummers just make the whole performance sound messy
Back story - the original drummer (included in the duo) broke his foot really bad I believe. Because they were crushing it and on tour, a substitute drummer needed to fill in. He was originally from a band called Apollo Sunshine and very good and did well with the band. When original drummer was heeled and came back the band was too nice and kept the substitute drummer and implemented a duo drum. Tea Leaf Green could have been on the cover of Rolling Stone at one time. The duo drums + original bass player quitting (likely because he had a family and needed to get a real job) was the demise of the band. All said, before all the shit, they were the best band / live show for a few good years.
@@jacksonbentley1290 TFYM? Reed just played red rocks with billy & the kids
Totally bums me out that they always skip over Michigan when they come play the Midwest :(
Why are there two drummers? One guy needs some congas and bongos and bells and weird hand drums.
+Collin T The Dead had dual drummers. Widespread Panic has the setup you described tho.
