Yes! This set has been so kind to Rakdos brawl decks, between Azul, Jasper, and Rakdos himself. This def looks like a contender for one of the better ones though, because of CRIMES
also, missed opportunity to use Squee the Immortal as a recurring snackrifice for rakdos
I think Rakdos would see the humor in using him to fling for lethal using the spell that he stole.

3 decks with them: a crime deck, a surveil + reanimate one, and just a dimir goodstuff pile

Amy you don’t even need to deal damage to the opponent, if you have a mana sacrificer (phyrexian alter) Rakdos can actually mill the opponent!

I did have a sniper earlier in the day that Farewelled their own Ulamog in a move that ONLY made sense if they could see my hand
