The auto concedes after the ripper hits the table definitely are higher than that. More often than not, I don’t think it’s salt levels. Some decks and or hands are just not able to deal with it fast enough especially if they’re not equipped to pay the ward cost. But, the concede before the Sorin trigger resolves is definitely lower than 1%. It’s not some drawn out combo that takes for ever to determine if you’re dead or not, it’s a quick “here it is” or not.
I actually cant stand archfiend, i feel like it was originally just a concession to being bigger then lightning axe, but what happens when all black based decks start packin heartless act again to get free Ws off it. I tested it a lil but then decided not to run it + run 2 heartless act somewhere in the 75 was a good call.
I think both matchups against amalia combo and mono green devotion, bringing in grafdiggers as a silver bullet against Collected company/chord of calling/storm the festival was missed
It results in a draw. The explore is not an optional trigger so it goes on infinitely if there is nothing to break the combo and Arena will register as a draw eventually.

I tried to love Archfiend in standard dimir recently but the nonzero number of games I dropped to it was just not fun
I came back after stopping with OG Eldraine and I see the random crashes that don’t affect your results are still going strong 😂

Sometimes with changes like these to deck lists they don’t necessarily seem better, just easier to play
I like a lot one copy of Vito, doubles the Ripper triggers and it's usually insta-win. Archfiend isn't synergistic enough, imho
