- Teenage Riot by Sonic Youth, from their 1988 album Daydream Nation. So happy to share this song. I actually named my green sparkle snare Shelly as a not to Sonic Youth's drummer Steve Shelly. Big thanks to Thurston Moore, Kim Gordon, Lee Ranaldo and Steve for guiding my pre grunge indie music journey.

Well, I would say first of all yeah, this is an absolute great cover. This gentleman behind the drums has obviously acquired great technique and nuance and I will agree this performance was not at all a struggle. Smooth, on spot from beginning to end, just great all around. But not a walk in the park either, because well, some parts require to put some good energy. Awesome sound and performance !!
I play the same setup, kick, snare and floor tom. just a 3 piece. I don't see it that often so it's great to see. Super impressed by leading 8ths with your right, then switching to left for the 16ths. Hearing it, you wouldn't even know there was a switch. Took me a second to catch it.
I'm actually left handed, so even tho it looks weird, it's the most comfortable way to play for me

That was absolutely incredible! Great work, you must have put so much time in. And I knew that stuffed animal wouldn’t hang on for the ride too long once you started picking up the pace. It was like bull riding, 8 seconds and done.
