This is the weirdest Falafel Wrap. Falafel is eaten with chunks of tomatoes, pickles and lots of Tahini sauce (not Hummus tahini paste). The Wrap is never grilled nor any cheese added to it. And most importantly it is served hot immediatly from the fryer.
This guy is a world class worker. Non-stop, always friendly, so much going on around him.
I love how he gives free falafels to everybody coming to the place! It's obvious that he's kind and polite!
