Beebom is right. Never unsubscribe spam emails. If you do, that will make them know your account is active and you’ll get spammed even more.
Just stop interacting with spam mails & calls. Stay away from questionable sites & try not to give your details to any site unless really necessary.
Governments should act more against spammers and scammers. Govt should increase fines & try to earn by punishing them. Good incentive.

@@Hznyc Bad actors bulk send bad emails, ok. And when they put a "unsubscribe" link in the email, it's usually has a unique identifier for your email. So when you click unsubscribe, either by the link, or tell GMail to unsubscribe, it's basically sending a message to the bad actors that you clicked that link, and you get your email address added to a email list.
