hope she get better, 6 years streaming is such a long time, it's okay to get tired of this industrie, been 6 months but i'm glad she did an MV cover.

It's so relatable. All the stuff going on on those god damn platforms. I would also get tired of it. Hopefully she can rest enough to not get bothered by it for a longer while.

Bad exposure from the internet can seriously harm your mental health.
In her case, i think she read too many negative feedback online (2Chan, SNS, JPT) unlike the other talent doesn't spend that much time reading the negative comment.
Its not her fault for not ignoring them. If anyone's to blame are them, who want to see her fail.
But Cover had to intervene by shutting down her SNS and allow her to heal.

I hope they know how fortunate these streamers are to be able to take a basically endless amount of time away from their main job, and still come back to that job. It's not a dig at Shion, as she stated her reasons for it and has put in a lot of hours, and I don't really care what Shrimps want to cry about either because Gura continues to ghost the most dedicated fanbase. There is no other job on Earth that would allow this, so they really are fortunate to have what they have.

Their job is to be happy, if a break is what they want every now and then, it only makes sense

Most streamers don't have that luxury. Take 1-2 months off and 90% of your viewerbase migrate to other content creators, the internet waits for no one. If this is a job, it'd be among the least stable out of all jobs. What Shion has is a strong community built through years of hard-work, who will welcome her back afterward. Hardly a product of fortune.

thats depends on the streamer and they cultivated their audience if the audience likes you they will wait for you despite having a long break like ayame, aqua or even gura
good example of an audience leaving would be honhima from
niji who had a sizable audience but had to take a break due to covid and lost a ton of her viewers
