    That's crisp and clear explanation. Even I am following this for some days, and now I could able to do fast for continuous 30 hours without feeling weak. But, I added 1 scoop of protein along with this to my diet. I tried so many earlier, but didn't loose even a single kg, but with this diet, I already lost 8 kgs, in 2 months. Happy, atlast my body started loosing fat

    I am 51 (age) and my chest is 42 inches and I wear 30 inch super skinny jeans and always struggle to button my slim fit shirt and need someone to remove my shirt. I eat normal diet no special planned diets. Morning jogging and evening weight training. I am able to maintain the same physique for the last 30 years. Sometimes I booze, eat lots of calories and exercise intense. I don't bother whether I am having a healthy life or live for 100 years or 52. I want to be in shape and don't remember having a shot in 30 years. Protein and vitamins keep me immune to seasonal diseases. I think u don't need to be a professor or Phd to be fit and healthy.

    Hi, In transition period also weight loss will be there ? like breakfast 4 eggs, lunch and dinner are normal foods(rice,roti,dal,veggies) and avoid refined oils,sugars,using only ghee in curries...will it be helpful in weight loss ? or weight loss will occur only in complete carnivore diet ? please advise...thank you.....

    I had COVID that lasted around 10 days. I thought I was fine until I started to notice a loss of more hair than usual. Following some research, I've come to realize it’s from the strain my body went through during that time period and also the shampoo that I was using. So I began doing yoga and meditation daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextrraa coooconion anti hair fall kit. And now I don't face any hairfall.

    hello Sir! its excellent diet, first 2 weeks lost 6.8kg. need to check my weight tmr for 3rd week. I have 2 questions for you..
    1. I am 48yrs old and had heart attack in 2016 and all is well from them. Recently my weight gone to the highest 148.9. So finally started your diet and working well. Since eating too much fat won't effect my ldl levels? I am having statin on daily basis as prescribed by doctors.
    2. my wife started the diet with me and lost 3kgs in first week and only 100grms in 2nd week. She had surgical menopause in 2015, from then she put on lot of weight even she eats less. Will this diet help for woman who gone this forceful removal of uterus? As they will be lot of changes in the body...please advise..

    Pls clarify my doubt..If we consume high amounts of fat, won't it get accumulate in our arteries and cause blockages?? I mean since ages its believed that we have to eat less fats to avoid the risk of cardiovascular and kidney related diseases.

      I don't recommend eating every 2 years. It's ancestrally inappropriate

      Its more filling and way better than fasting
      And mainly cuz of ghrelin
      And people tend to break their “diets” by binge eating or eating whatever in sight cuz of starvation and fasting obviously causes starvation
      So if not every 2 hours maybe every 3.5-4 hours
      Or 4-5 times a day
      5 being most optimal for protein muscle synthesis
      Cuz there are likely 4-5 chances of protein muscle synthesis happening everyday
