    Kindly respond to my query at the earliest, as i’d started the diet and got confused on couple of things..!
    1. How much curd i can take in a day and per meal
    2. If i am not taking curd , how much butter milk i can consume daily and that should be diluted with more water or medium thick is fine..?
    3. Can i use bitter gourd , Ivy gourd & lady’s fingers in this diet.
    Please clarify all the 3 points, as all the doubts has a specific reason behind.
    Appreciate your efforts. Kindly do the needful.

    Hello andi,
    I want to follow this diet, just to be fit and healthy. I live in rural area where we get access to meat only on Sundays. So what I decided is to follow vegetarian diet and if I get access to meat I'll try that. So can i follow this method?? A combination of veg + non veg list given by you.
    Please suggest andi, we are in good number of people who are willing to follow this method.

      Hi bro,
      I just want tell one thing see what does it mean good health. as long as we can't control death then why should we control food.whatever we wants to eat, eat Heartfully living life how we want if not there is no meaning for living life. Doing anything which I like that is called life.
      Good food gives us logger life or bad habits makes us early death we can not predict. Ex-
      one of my friend he is very healthy taking scientific food and gym and followed good sleep timing also but he died at the age of 35 due to heart attack.
      One more friend he is having all kinds bad habits still he is stronger.
      Finally live life and enjoy every second.

      Stop eating non veg, uric acid will keep increasing if u continue eating non veg and then you will get gout. I experienced it and changed to veg and my uric acid came down.

    Intermitfasting diet food with time: Afternoon 12pm 4Eggs Two full eggs and two inside yellow tinipista,
    Afternoon 2pm to 3pm one glass buttermilk.
    Evening walnuts 8pieces
    Night dinner: 7:30pm to 8pm middle mutton kheema, with ghee only we will use brother
    Doubt's: Eggs daily tintamu 4confirmga ,
    Night dinner mutton weekly three times tintamu and another three days mushroom or any fatty fish we will eat brother is it OK brother this diet good or bad please suggest .

    Chemical less mama mill lo adinchina Sesame seeds oil ( nuvvula nuuney) ...refined sunflower ni replace cheyyocha bro weight loss ki... Please reply ypur reply is very important because coming to taste... Is good as better than gee ,coconut oil etc.. And non chemical because manam mana daggara unna mill lo thayyaru cheskuntam kabatti... Please reply
