Do u get any issues with your roof top tent mounted to the side like that? I took my top box off when I got the tent and haven't considered just placing the tent off centre to fit both on...
Well done putting that together solo, mate. Beautiful coastline and excellent underwater footage. Can you please explain how you retrieve with the minnow, particularly if it's any different than what you do with the jerk shad shape? Obviously with a paddle tail, it's designed to waggle on the retrieve and usually a heavier jighead is the go to activate the tail (as you'd done, with 1/2oz versus 3/8oz with the jerk shad).
Hey mate, the retreive is very much the same for the minnow as it is for the jerk shad. The Bait Junkies are nice and buoyant so I let them sink off the cast and then I have a pretty subtle action on the retrieve. The main reason I use a slightly bigger jig head for the minnow is to counteract that extra buoyancy in the bigger baits. Depth, speed of drift, bait size can all affect the size of the jig I choose to run but as a general rule I'll go as light as I can.
Fishing Nirvana, great vid, feel like we’re in the boat with you. Fantastic filming. I am wondering how you manage to charge the batteries in the Minolta while you are off net? Keep ‘em coming, Cheers Alex
Mate epic vid. Can't believe balex loader on such a small boat. Honestly bring it up the lakes of Huntly catching some mullet. Do something different in your vids. Contact me 🤙

Thanks mate, stoked you enjoyed it!
Imagine going fishing by yourself and wondering if that guy will ever shut up lol.
Great video though.
Haha, I know!! It's certainly takes a bit of getting used to but I'm guessing the videos would be pretty boring with no dialogue!
Hey guys can you put in the type of rods and reels you are using when you go out please 💯 Beautiful footage and such a cool place 😇
Epic bro! Love ya work 💯
I got a spot on the boat for you when you make it here mate!

Was that a campground you were at? Or did you just freedom camp?
I was just freedom camping mate but unfortunately the spot is gone now.
Epic video! Just getting into a bit of softbaiting myself. Do you use an attractant at all? Keep the videos coming!
Thanks mate, if it’s on hand I will use it but I’m totally happy to fish without it as well.

Nah no problem at all mate. I got slightly wider bars which made it even easier.

Awesome mate, pumped you enjoyed it!
When you catch those fish you should have a wet towel on the side of the boat coz the sun heats up the edge and burns them Chur vid
Luckily the Seadek doesn't get hot mate so the fish are ok.
