It’s hard, so hard. Nobody understands my feelings. They are like that was just a cat. But I am feeling like I've lost my little brother, my own child. I didn’t want to adopt him but he entered my house and refused to leave. He was small and in danger. I adopted him without any prior experience. He was with me for 6 months. I didn't realize when he became so close to my heart. I used to be excited to come back home to be with him. He died in front of me. I saw his dead face, his dead eyes. I cannot even explain how I feel. These feelings come every now and then and it overwhelms me. I cry to ALLAH almost everyday. I pray but there is this emptiness that is not going away.
This is exactly what happened to me, lost my two pets in the last 6 months. I’m shattered and nobody really understands, i feel like i lost my child and this feeling of not seeing them again is horrible.

And now I just can't seem to get happy everything feels devoid of color I really wish that he could've stayed with for a bit longer especially considering that I am in a lot of mental pain currently and he was the only source of joy that I had in my life. (I had named him nephew btw)😢

My cat has mammary cancer and it’s growing and her surgeon refuses to operate on her to remove the tumor because of heart failure risk during and after surgery. I’m lost broken and losing my mind. What does Allah wants me to do? Find another surgeon? Or let her go? What should I do? Who should I listen to ? The vet that says to think of her quality of life or does Allah wants me to let her go? Will Allah accept me trying to keep her alive even if that means operating on her for the second time to remove a tumor? I need guidance and help I’m losing my mind

my cat died yesterday unexpectedly. please anyone who reads this please make duah for me and my family to get over this death and find happiness. she was there for us through my brother passing, my sister moving out, and every single fight our family has gone through. my cat was not nice, she did not like getting held, but she was such a good character. she loved chicken, loved outdoors, loved sitting by us when we prayed, loved sleeping with us and would always follow us anywhere. she was so cute and fat and everyone loved her. even if she was not friendly, she was loved by everyone. she cared but did not know how to show it, we all knew it. whenever any of us would cry or were upset she was just sit near us and purr. she was so loved and had a wonderful life. she was rescued as a kitten and had spine surgery. she had a hard life as a stray so we tried to make her life amazing. we gave her all the comfortable beds, best food, treats, let her go outside, and tried to make her never sad. I loved her so so so much. her dying made it feel like my brother died all over again. I genuinely loved her like my own sister. I loved you kookie, may you rest in peace and it was an honor meeting you.

I lost my cat of almost 11 years today, the day of Eid in Saudi Arabia. I am shattered to bits. She gave me a reason to live when i was suicidal because she is registered as an emotional support animal. Thinking about my life after this calamity is very painful. My pet cat Mochi of two years died today morning. She slipped from the railing of my apartment balcony in 20th floor. She was always careful walking on the railing but it rained slightly today. She must’ve fell sometime yesterday night and we didn’t know until morning. She left her small child behind and she probably might’ve saw her mothers last moments. I can’t stop crying. N yesterday we decided that we should pray for his return in aftar time.. N in the sehri time he ws at our home... I can't express my happiness... I m so much thankful to Allah Subhantallah... One more thing we should pray for everything watervr we wish for Allah Subhantallah is their to answer our call.. We must believe in him... Nothing is impossible for him... Assalamu Alaikum Shaikh... I love animals but not allowed in our house because my mum said it's a big responsibility and me and my brother have a allergy. I thought from her to helping free animals such as feeding foods to birds who comes to our garden. And when I'm going out with my mum for a walk some animals are dyed in the middle of the road we are helping them to bringing a side such a things we usually doing my mum is always saying we have to respect to everyone everyone's life is created by Allah. I learned from my mum she said this is what I wanted to do, Some times I used to go to farms to helping to some animals and feeding.. when I'm helping to such as animals I have a good feelings.
i lost my pet cat Hannah today. she was almost 4 years old. I adopted her when she was a month old kitten and I loved her more than anything else in the world. My hands were shivering as I dug her grave and gave her a final resting place. I've never been religious person but today i'm turning towards islam to find comfort and peace. i hope to meet her one last time even if i'm going to hell, i'll be satisfied that she's in heaven happy and well taken care of. I'm almost losing my mind, crying sobbing as i'm writing this but i hope this will act as a prayer for her to find comfort knowing that I will keep loving her. Ameen.

My pet rooster was four years old. He was the most clean rooster I ever had. He was full of life and loved to play. He used to follow me. I lost him today after fajar. He remained in pain for one night. I am breaking into tears and sitting alone in my room. I ask Allah to reunite me with all my pets in jannah. I really love them. Each of them is different and close to my heart.

This month is very devastating for me. February 2 is my birthday but on Feb 3 I lost my cat. And today Feb 7 her sister died also because of parvovirus. 😭💔
May ALLAH (SWT) grant us patience.

Sista, i just lost my baby kitten last week on 6th February 2024, i can relate to you sista.. cuz 2 days after that was my father's birthday.. and my cat suddenly suffered a critical pneumonia infection in her lungs.. i felt regret for not coming home 2 weeks before she's gone cuz i wanna focus for my final test in uni.. This should be a good booster to you to do good deeds so you can get Jannah. Focus on Jannah and attain that. This is btw coming from me, who's cat is in the hospital and serious. I think it might not have a long time either. My cat is 20+, very old and his age is taking a toll on him. I also miss him today. He's been even sleeping besides me. I can understand how you must feel. May Allah give us both the will power to carry on and be even more steadfast than before. Ameen

We had a stray cat he was called Amigo he belonged to our next door neighbour but when she passed we made it our duty to look after him he was very independent and will only come when he wanted feeding but today he was found dead in our garden it's like losing a loved one as he became part of the family

My cat of 8 months old, named kiwi/cinderella by some, was lost yesterday since morning, it rained heavily and she was still not found, it was midnight when my aunt went out again to check for her, and she saw her, kiwi ran to her as soon as she saw my aunt, and just when she reached our house’s porch, she fell, and just like that she gave her breath away right there. She ran to us, she looked fine, and she suddenly died. She was the most loving and sensible cat i have ever had. I’m writing about her so that everyone knows how great of a cat Kiwi was, my heart is shattered, i’ve lost a huge chunk of my happiness. May Allah give me sabar ameen.

My pet passed to a stroke last night. He wasn't eating or drinking. I told him that if he were to die, when that day comes say LA illaha il allah. We found him this morning with his mouth open. I'm assuming he uttered the words of his lord by only Allah knows. I am sad a bit but I know Allah does all with reason, for he is the best of planners. And I made sure it didn't affect my salah this morning. When I get back from school we will burry him inshallah.

I lost my sweet cat yesterday, my bestfriend. He went missing and my neighbours saw him at 2am being chased by a pack of stray dogs. I found him in the bushes with his collar a few feet away. Picked him up and buried him. My heart hurts and all i can imagine is how scared he was trying to run away from those dogs. My head keeps on replaying some horrid images and i just cnt stop crying. Im in so much pain and it feels like a part of me is missing. Praying that Allah grants me sabr and hoping that along the way i can finally have comfort in knowing that he’s in a better place now

My cats Tofy and Wafer, like my daughter and son, suddenly she died in one day sickness and the grieving son died 10 days with sickness in one day and died next day. I feel empty, very empty…. They were good parents… they were good pets… we buried them beside each other. i pray Allah gives me paradise Insha’Allah and i get them again. The pain of loss is unbearable. Praying to Allah to make my and wife’s heart to bear the pain. We tried to love them as much as possible for the sake of Allah.

i lost one of my kittens today, just before maghrib. she’s not a house pet, but a stray. but she always lingers around the house and i always give her food and drink. she contracted the fip virus and didn’t survive. i’m crying right now because i feel like it’s my fault for not taking care of her correctly. sometimes, i wish if i had taken her to the vet sooner, maybe she would’ve survived. i didn’t give her a name yet, but i’m going to call her ‘little mandarin’ for now. hearing this, i will try to become a better person everyday so that when i die, i hope all the pets that died before me will greet me once i move pass. forgive me, little mandarin, for any lack of care on my behalf.
Same,my cat too passed away 3hrs ago,she's not a pet though, a stray cat,i feel very bad,because I didn't have money to treat him,i didn't even name him,i didn't even care him properly, i feel guilty, since he died due to heavy rain i didn't even bury him (i.e it's become too late to wait for another day.),now iam sad:(

Our cat died painfully today morning, but I give thanks to Allah, out of all people precious to me he could have taken, my mother, my father, my sisters, my friends, he chose our cat.
I miss him. He used to play, he was a sneaky little bastard, was still a kitten, and was a coward.
Inshallah when I go to Jannah, Inshallah I will see her again healthy.
My cat died today her legs stopped moving and she could never regain that feeling but she had hemorrage and her body was slowly decomposing so we put her to sleep. I was crying all night and i miss her soo much. This video helped alot. Thanks 😊

Same here my cat just died today called bolt, he was just 2yrs old and it's hurting me so much. I have not stopped crying since, especially I watched him die, I can't seem to remove that from my mind. It's just painful.
