I have the Avtex tourer two and previously had problems with it taking me down unsuitable roads, but after having a discussion with an Avtex engineer who told me to get around this issue change the default weight from 3500kg to 4000kg and it will take you down HGV routes. Since doing this, I have never had a problem in the UK and touring around France.
Thanks for sharing your video Graham, I will definitely not be going to the noisy pigeon pooing site, watching you on my iPad the like 👍icon did nothing, but the subscribe button did flash, never noticed that before 👍👍.
I use the TomGo app on my phone as it is great for setting the journey with a caravan on the back. I use my laptop to set the route options of max 60mph plus the length, width and weight of my caravan the input the route, I then sinc the route to my app on the phone. Simples. Easy and uttrerly reliable for timings, delays on the way and avoiding unsuitable roads.
Good to hear. I’ve downloaded that app and going to try the 7 day free trial when in France 🇫🇷 If it takes me down small roads I know who to blame 😆Thanks for watching 👍🏻
Hi Graham as you might know we store at ashridge farm and stay sometime from time to time never had a problem I think she was jealous probably because she was over heating!! 😂
Thanks for watching. Yes, maybe. It all ended amicably because I promised to turn it off. TBH it is making a “different” noise to normal, a weird “pulsing” noise. Anyway as it turned out they made quite a bit of noise themselves. You know when people don’t use their “caravan voice” talking to people as if they’re 5 pitches away even though they’re standing next to each other 🥴
Hi Sue, yeah that’s what I did. I added a note to the prescription request, but the GP ignored it. I have done it previously, so have to ring them tomorrow as we go in Thursday 😳
Hi Graham Re the woman who complained about your A/C noise she obviously hasn't got yappy dogs , squawking who are screaming for more yoghurt at 7am , an overwhelming loud voice or who is up before 9 and letting the site know ...she must be one in a few going off the site we're now on (and with A/C on...N.B. noticed loudness stays low if just lowering temp a few degrees at a time with the Truma iNet app rather than the dedicated remote...even watched the England match tonight with it on (just a quiet background noise doing it this way). Loving Donkey Creek site (no donkeys and no creeks!) and back home tomorrow after a week. Similarly reception has a notice on front door once bollard lights are lit it's a "quiet time"..shamw some don't listened to that or to the advised 1 way system....I digress! Thumbs up!
Thanks for watching. Yeah normally the aircon makes an acceptable noise, but ours has stared “throbbing” oooo-errr missus. So it’s a bit more noticeable (even to us). Actually I think I did an impression of it in a previous vlog 🥴 Yeah we liked DC. Just a shame it’s further away from us than France 🇫🇷🫨🫣🤪
I find some dogs too loud barking........being new to caravan life i didnt realise that 90% of touring caravans had dogs as occupants so i am baffled that there are child free caravan sites but not dog free ones. ive bought ear plugs as my solution.

Green eyed monster came over to moan about the air con…
Thanks for watching. Yes quite possibly 🥴

The birds you can hear aren’t pigeons. They’re collard doves
I don’t think that lady was complaining about your air con rather that massager 😂😂😂
Haha the massager makes less noise 🥴
And the groaning? 😂
Great video, why don't the size of your videos fill the full size of the final video on youtube with black bars on all sides?
Thanks for watching. I’ll look into that. It’ll be the camera, I can no doubt change the settings 👍🏻
My Mrs has got a similar gadget to that massager, never seen her using it on her arm though
😂😂
Them light weight gas bottles are great but sadly in Australia their doing away with refuelling stations 😢
The pharmacy can't give extra tablets you have to call your doctor to arrange a double prescription
