Defending Messi is impossible for the defenders because in the pitch when they face Messi they don't know what is gonna do, Messi's thinking is another level he thinks faster than light that's why they freeze and they can't do anything not only MLS defenders EPL, La Liga and other top tier leagues defenders also can't do anything If we talk about Suarez we know he is the best striker in our generation, he played football over 20+ years and scored 500+ goals of course he has the experience to find the way and these MLS defenders are not much experienced, if a defender not much experienced and faced striker like Suarez it's very difficult for that defender.
Messi's pass in the last goal is insane, imo the keepers steps up cause the ball has good speed but the Messi's touch is so good that the ball slows down massively as it touches the ground and leaves the goalie hanging mid way
