No, I think Trixie claps as soon as the song is over because the lyrics speaks to her (and the girl in the back) in an other way than it does to the others in the audience.
It's amazing how you portray the puppet-person metaphor. Trixie recognizes how Brian is worth it, while the audience can only pay attention to the puppets at the center of the stage.
