1. Regen is so much faster in this game then in BT3 which is nuts. If Yajirobe has senzu bean again and it's this fast I can see him being a menace in online. 2. good to see we can absorb charters despite currently fighting them. I forget if it was raging blast or BT3 that prevents you from doing that but good to see it isn't a restriction.

Thank you in particular for recording Imperfect Cell's ultimate - it was consistently skipped in other footage I watched of the character in favor of just the supers (which is baffling for reasons you point out in the video). The life drain was insane! Also very cool to see the fusion animations, too.
I'm really glad that you showcased base Vegito so much, because it's my favourite Vegito form and like you said everyone else was mostly showing Super Vegito
My only issue is the character select menu feels boring. I don't like seeing the first page be 11 Gokus and 13 Vegetas. Splitting the characters up by sagas/arcs like they did with the Tenkaichi would be nice and hiding the forms behind a second select screen would clean it up
Hot take but part of me actually wishes they keep it this way. Don't get me wrong...I actually agree with you that stylistically its a lot more satisfying to have the forms hidden behind the base form...but once you become familiar with the game and have played it a lot, you'd probably want to just get to the damn form you want as quickly as possible. Its why Smash Ultimate lets you choose to separate the echo fighters from the ones they are based off of...and why every competitive player keeps it that way. Ideally they'd just let you pick between both choices, but either way it shouldn't be that big of a deal... :D

I know this isn’t a final build so maybe, hopefully, they’ll change it later, but one thing I’ve noticed is that in intros characters have standard facial animations that do not change regardless of the emotions behind what they’re saying. Like Goku talking about Buuhan having no honor, but still smiling or Goten saying he’s gonna kill Buu yet still smiling and being pumped like it’s an everyday spar😅. I hope they alter this for final product because it comes across as weird. Like in Raging Blast Goku normally just gets pumped for fights against friends or rivals, but against Kid Buu he shakes with anger because the guy has killed countless people already. Small details but nice ones.
My biggest complaint is Super Future Trunks forms being all incorrect. He doesn't have SSJ or SSJ2. He has Rage/Ikari aura but it's not even called that. And his hair isn't extremely spiky like it's supposed to be. This is disappointing because the complete form is on the box art
8:55 we can see better how the standard flying really looks like it has the same speed from dashing on BT3. When the characters are flying forwards, we get the impression that its slower, maybe because of the game's fov or something. But seeing Doto flying multiple directions here we can see how fast really is.
This game looks like it’s going to be great! The only problems I’m seeing is that some animations are really long (like Super Buu’s explosion) and some others move the camera around so much that you can’t even tell what’s happening (like Cell’s rush attacks)
20:35 it’s cool that rush moves or any super/ult with a cinematic doesn’t automatically take you to the center of the stage. Gotenks jumping out the water is lit
Doto the ginyu thing can be a strategy because not only is it based on the actual lore (which why he lost in the anime ) but your opponent can’t switch out or use moves either

Idk if anyone else remembers but in budokai 3 Buu and cell (perfect) had unique power up animations and in T3 some had that lean back power up.

I think the game will be more competitive if they made the skill count meter go up a lil slower. Too many ways to counter too quickly and too easily.
