Just like some of your other commenters, I am new to journaling (art/junk). I ran across your videos and I love them!! I am so happy to see you still producing content. I haven't had time to binge watch a bunch of them yet but I do hope to have some down time to catch up soon. It might be slow going but keep up the good work, eventually it will pay off.
I’m so glad you are enjoying my videos Catherine! I love sharing and hearing what others are up to so no plans to stop anytime soon. I am taking a little vacation right now to recuperate from a virtual event I hosted last weekend but I will be back soon with more organization and crafty videos. ~Melanie
Categorization helps me immensely! I love that shared with me that tat paper is your style. One of the things I live about crafting/art is that everyone has a unique take …no one looks at things the same way and that’s a beautiful thing. ~Melanie
Sometimes you just have to put it somewhere and realize it may not be it’s permanent home.. it may not be perfect but good enough for the interim. Just get it into some sort of order and see how it goes and then assess at a later date and tweak things. Something is better than nothing… but missed media /journaling supplies is a tough category. I have since changed this up but I lived with this configurations for at least 6 months. It gave me a starting point. Good luck as you tackle your supplies. ~Melanie
Frustrating, right Tara? Some work just fine and others not so much. I have the same problem with the 12x12 iris bins. Some latch great and others not so much. ~Melanie
Isn't it amazing how many items can be accumulated in just a short time. Love the idea of using the accordion file. As always, TFS!
Hi Kathleen ...It is crazy... and without even trying... sigh... my problem is I want to do EVERYTHING and love EVERYTHING. ~Melanie

I think I need to make categories. BTW, I love that paper that’s not your style!!

That’s where I’m at. I don’t know where to put things. I have so many fabrics, pieces of paper, ephemera......

I have those little boxes that you have cards and tickets and mine don’t close properly either. 🤨
