Buttercream Piping Technique- Cute White Floral Cake

A delicate floral cake I created a few months ago. The piping tips used in this cake design are the 104 piping tip (smaller white flowers) and the 125 for the larger orange flower. Enjoy :D

I've always wondered if the flowers don't fall off once they start to melt (maybe during transportation of the cake)..?
The same question! And if they were in freezer they will be melted for sure which they absorb the humidity so at the room temperature or during transportation they can be easly melted😢
I think using stable butter cream can help them holding the shape at room temperature

But please let me know if the flowers will melt or not on cake after sometime exposed to normal climate..? Like it's hot and humid in India..44 deg....so for how long these decorations could stay on cake
