@@shikhshagurukul8555 , this ban is due to non payments from original developers (Ansal’s) to various govt departments. Few weeks ago similar ban was put on other private licensed colonies but was later modified in a way that only the properties that belonged to original developers were banned for sale transactions and private properties were allowed. I expect the same to happen for Palam Vihar with in couple of weeks if not days. All in all, if the transaction is clean and you really like the property, location and prices then please continue with purchase. In last 1 year property prices have increased by over 30-40% for new builder floor 270 sq yard floor starts from 1.6cr 370 sq yard floor starts from 2.15cr We bought a 270 yard floor last April for 1.4cr and today in next plot the asking rate is 2.1cr for top floor. This is about E block. I hope this helps your decision.
@@manugarg5849 thank u E block os really good I also liked it but unlucky that i bought one property in e block but that transaction was not safe due to incomplete papers so i had to leave it amd purchased now inn c block hope to have this matter solved early becoz we are in hurry to shift
I think this could be the best time for you to re-negotiate with builder. Tell him that you wanna cancel the deal bcoz of registers ban but if he can re-negotiate the deal you can consider putting money in escrow and wait till the registries start happening. I have done this in the past in Malibu Town. Got 14 lakhs discount and had to wait for 5 months for registry. It takes a lot of time and efforts to convince yourself to buy a house so don’t take a decision without exploring all the options.
