I do like media room setups as a posed to a dedicated theatre, more a place to hangout as well as watch movies.
very nice home theater
Good theater, you're off to a nice start. Just keep adding to it and making upgrades overtime when you can
Wow, awesome and well set-up. Wish my game room was as big as yours!
When it comes to two channel stereo, I actually preferred the sound of my £400 budget Sony SDR DN 1080 over the mid-priced £2,000 6500 Denon. Sony's 2 channel stereo is Kick-Ass.
An avid music listener.
Very nice small room setup. Looks like your wall & seating distance can accommodate a much larger screen preferably ALR with a UST projector and still have good FOV. But the trade-off will be less contrast than you're used to with the OLED.
Thought about a ust. But can’t go wrong with an oled. Thanks
I love your setup and I have a small theater room as well! Also, I have those same sony sscse atmos speakers and they are awesome! I don't care what the so called audiophiles say but those sscse speakers sound identical to the svs prime elevation speakers and i actually chose them over the prime elevation speakers and saved some money. I promise you if you move your seats slightly forward a foot or two and mount the atmos speakers high up on the side walls next to the ceiling in-line with your seats you will have a totally different overhead experience. It will actually sound like you have in-ceiling speakers, if you give it a try I promise you want regret it!
Yes love those Sony atmos speakers. I’ll try that setup. Have to decide how I’m going to run the wires from the front to the sides. Thanks.
I think a 4k projector would be better for that set up to get a real theater feel and when you do that you can probably separate your seating with a riser in the back to make it even better
Thought about it. But I watch media mostly with the lights on except movies. So a projector won’t work. Plus can’t beat the oled.
Nice job. Awesome room! My only suggestion, think about bass shakers too. Especially if youre a gamer. You have a lot of seats, but you could probably just try one. Its pretty awesome for bass heavy movies and gaming. Helpful if you dont want to run subs at night and wake family. They are cheap too. But very nice job with the room!
Always room for some
Bass. Will look into that. Thanks
Nice start
Get some kind of monitor shelf to raise the center channel
Might just do that. But what it is now is good
I those same seats!
What about mounting the atmos to the front wall since you don’t wanna put em in the ceiling
Fronts are fronts not really atmos. Just gives the feeling of having a bigger tv. Not saying the center heights are true atmos, but at least I get the bubble feeling when something fires through.
Can you share info about the media stand? Brand? Dimensions? Where to find? Thanks
Hey I bought it from IKEA. Here’s the link. www.ikea.com/us/en/p/brimnes-tv-unit-black-70409873/
Thank you!@@oneshotquickreviews7191
Nice little movie theater the only thing I could tell you if you want to invest in a new screen buy yourself a video projector instead it’s better.
No projectors. Don’t want the lights down/off every time I want to watch something. Also it’s only a 10x12 room. And the 77 inch is pretty big in there and as always can’t beat an oleds picture quality. Thanks
@@oneshotquickreviews7191 Ok I understand I had the same problem like you I installed a home cinema in a small room too but I wanted to see bigger things I was starting to find my 55 inch television too small, so I got myself a video projector at a short distance I have 120 inch images and when I want to watch regular TV I watch it on my 55 inch there is always a way to enjoy it.
Is u use external amp for sub I notice when listening to much system over heats
Nope. Not needed here. The power the receiver provides is just fine for 2 or more subs daisy-chained or not.
