I just wonder how much damage it can take before it fails. Durability is the only thing that matters. The price is what the manufacturer has to do to get everything. I have no idea what they pay for the manufacturing and materials but it's higher priced than I like.
That single coil lock looks pretty much the same as on the spyderco manix. Imo, though, $249 is way too much for what you get. $149 seems pretty fair imo
Why are they using steel on a $250 knife? That is James Brand worthy. I guess the integral pivot is a reason. But there are other ways they could do it.
