- The most important progress in morel cultivation is the invention and application of an exogenous nutrition bag, which made an important breakthrough in the field cultivation of morels.
True morels are highly prized for their medicinal and nutritional values, and are intensively collected around the world by mycophiles.
The substrates used for the exogenous nutrition bag includes wheat, chaff, saw-dust, and cottonseed hull. Some recipes are provided in many Chinese patents ,e.g. wheat 67%, sawdust 28%, and lime 5%.

@@giraymisel what do you think about planting grass in your boxes, like the "danish morel project" did for their indoor culture? Maybe they've planting this kind of grass seeds for mycorhizes? Or maybe juste to have nutritive substrate in the soil and a part of them germinate? Wich maybe stop the nutritive way and force the mushrooms to fruit? What do you think about it?
I think that all mushrooms grown by danish project are saprophytes. It is very difficult to grow a mycorrhizal fungus in an indoor environment. when field soil is used, those green grasses come out on their own, it happened to me too. I don't know how much it will help. The Chinese use enb for this. I'm thinking of voting as well.
Thank you for your risponse. I think they are very saprophytes strains too... but I don't think this is field plant that are growing in their boxes but ornemental garden grass seeds. It's very homogeneous and there are many. So, i think it's voluntarily incorpored in the soil. But if it's voluntarily incorpored in the soil, then, the seeds have been incorpored after the soil sterilization i guess. Because the seeds can't survive to the autoclave i guess. So for which reason? I was thinking about:
1) a nutritive source for the mycelium and some of them germinate.
2) a mycorhize between grass and morels.
3) a nutritive source that can suddenly stop when the seeds germinate that can stress the mycelium to fruit.
4) a natural humidity controler. The grass is dropping humidity slightly at the level of the funghus that can maintain a good humidity level.
Have you other hypothesis?

@@mesutakakan5822 An itibariyle Türkiye'de mevsim geçti... Ekim Kasım aylarında besinsiz toprağa ekilmesi gerekir , misel yayildiktan sonra da besin poşeti takviyesi yapilmali. Toprak üzerinde kullenme oluşumu başladığında topragin nem oranı havanın nem oranı uygun olduktan sonra nasibinizde varsa tahmini iki ay sonra pinler gözlemlenebilir .Pin oluşumundan sonra ise sulama yapilmaz sadece damlama gibi bir sistem ile toprağın nem oranı yüksek tutulur. Hava sıcaklıkları 6-10 derece arasında gidip geldiği günlerden sonra pin tetiklemesi beklenir. Diye biliyorum.lakin bende henüz yetiştirmiş değilim ...

Hocam iyi günler toprak olarak ne kullanıyorsunuz orman toprağı olur mu? Besin olarak kullandığınız poşeti miselin yanına koyarken bir kısmı kesiliyor mu?
Bu tür calismalar normal toprak ile yapılıyor, besin poşetinin kesimi hkkinda videoda bilgilendirme var fakat bu şimdilik ön bilgi...
Torbaların konumu tam anlaşılmıyor. Toprakta kalan tarafları açık mı, kesik mi, yoksa miseller torba içinde mi gelişiyor?

so after colonizing enb, schlorecia forms...
remove enb after schlorecia seen or just remove after certain time?
About 20-25 days the mycelium will feed from enb. After 40-45 days you can remove if you want or let it stay... Yes looks like white powder, as mold at early stage on the soil surface.

my plates looks like
high nutrients on agar plates, really less schelorita and brown mycelium.
less nutrients, more schelorita, blonde mycelium
does it apply to substrate incoulation too?
If the nutrient is more, the vegetative development of the mycelium is more, if it is less, the probability of formation of sclerotia is more... i think

net says coco coir has no nutrients
white rocks from the soil confuses me as schlorecia :(
i ve never used Coco coir for morels .Morels needs soil to grow. White tings arent sclerotia, sclerotia have darker colour like yellow to brown . Send me a picture May i check if they are conidias oskisms@hotmail.com

Kuzugöbeği miselini türkiyede satışı resmen yok. Facebook ta yada başka yerde satanlarında hiç biri garanti veremez çünkü kimse yetiştirmeyi pek bilmiyor bende dahil. Sanırm bir kaç sene daha bu böyle. Tavsiyem kendi miselinizi yapmaya çalışın spordan...
