    Great, informative video. Only suggestion I have (as a video guy and photographer) is to vary your background more. Maybe a couple plants on tables and some wall art, like posters or paintings. The blank wall with the sock is kinda stark.

    How long the cable for the additional antenna can be for Bobcat 300

    • @tryitout_yt
      @tryitout_yt  2 года назад

      The stock antenna cable with the bobcat is around 2m. You can use an LMR400 cable for lower lose if you need a longer cable. Sorry for the late reply but I am back and will upload more soon!

    Hi there thanks for the vid info got two questions if i may:
    1. can i move my hnt miner from one place to another inside my flat without being affected or pay the $10 charge for moving?
    2. does glass reflect the signal? and if it does by how much will it reduce the dbi of my antenna?
    thanks again subscribed and like ur vid 👍

    • @tryitout_yt
      @tryitout_yt  3 года назад +1

      1. no need to pay
      2. i don’t want to get too technical with explaining what dbi, dbm and db are, but avoid glass IF possible. here’s a read if you want to get into details of loss:

    Any idea what is the impact of the speed of the internet connection 50MBPS vs a 150 MBPS or some thing along the same lines

    • @tryitout_yt
      @tryitout_yt  2 года назад

      Helium Miners don't need a speed even close to that! They barely use up your internet bandwidth, it is in the kbps, really minor. Sorry for the late reply but I am back and will upload more soon!

    Hi and thanks for the video, my question is why you can't have two miners? one in your place and the second is in your friend's place?

    • @tryitout_yt
      @tryitout_yt  3 года назад +2

      You can! I was waiting for my second miner and now I am doing exactly that!

      Great thanks again, can you please share with us the video once both miners are operational and if you can have one single account to mine both machines.

      @tryitout_yt  3 года назад +1

      @@fehmiwaja6919 I will have a video up for the new miner! You can have both to the same account, it’s as simple as setting up the first miner. I bought my second miner off a reseller (used), so it was just a transfer of wallets when we met up

    hey
    how i can change my contaction from WIFI to Ethernet by bobcat miner ? Is this possible ?

    • @tryitout_yt
      @tryitout_yt  3 года назад +1

      Yes! Go to the helium app, click on your hotspot, go to settings, pair your hotspot with your phone through bluetooth (use a pin to hold the button on the back next to the power port, when the light turns blue, click pair). Once you’re paired, go to the internet settings and change to ethernet.
