I bought a 2004 jetta 1.8 turbo for 1500 and he gave me all the same after market pieces for free almost 1,000$ worth of parts and you are a huge help on showing me how to install everything
Nice job. I just ordered one for my Audi TT and even though it is a little bit different, after watching this, I believe I will have no problem installing it myself.
If you do it on your own you can use a long piece of wood (broomstick) so you can move the stabilizer bar and the inlet pipe falls into place by itself and it will only take you about 15 seconds to get the job done.
+woody555kl thank you. you might need 2 people to do this job brother, i was lucky that i pushed the hose and it went in into the turbo. But even if it was hard to do it, its definitely worth doing.
Workin' in the yeezyz!.... I got a pair of low top Jordan 21's in black and red I wrench in everyday at the dealership. They happen to go with my uniform perfectly. I stay wiping and cleaning them everyday at lunch and end of day otherwise the oil would kill them in 3mnths time. I'm on my 4th pair in 6 years. They too expensive to buy now tho. Gonna switch to these new balance models that I've been using when doing side work at home in garage.
Thanks for all the videos bro, you are THE BEST guy for 1.8t mods on youtube! Keep it up man I love you for doing these videos. So, what are some more upgrades that you're gonna do to this beast? and also, can you post a list of all the mods that you already made? thanks a lot
I wish i had video at the time my mechanic took hours and should have took him 1 hour , trouble with some garage's they depend on the money and then breaks up other pipes so called cowboy garage in halesfield telford u k
+Jason Cameron next the boser hood extension i have to weld it, then borla exhaust, 30mm rear spacers, cupra lip, p3 multi gauge, Front strut bar, and probably after that interior and at the end paint
just curious, when you put the bottom of the TIP on the turbo how tight did you have to put the hose clamp, ive heard that if its too tight its slips off or sm like that
You have to put the clamp on the pipe before you even try to put it. If its a tight fit only tight the clamp enough to holt onto the silicone pipe and then try to fit the pipe to the turbo
I just installed a forge inlet pipe on mine and my car feels slower?, i have a stage 2 from eurocustoms and i dont spike boost anymore, I double checked the all my claps from my Dv, n75 and all the plugs are tight, any suggestions or ideas on what i could be? Thank you!
@@juniorbarbosa02 Unfortunately no; although this is the third time I've heard of someone noticing a change in power with these forge inlet pipes and I've recently considered buying one - So I'm curious as to see what potential issues I may run into in the near future
@@Thiswuan Its weird, i looked at reviews and everybody said it they seen a gain in power but im seeing the opposite, I was reading in one of the facebook groups of someone having a similar problem after installing the a inlet pipe, and he ended up replacing his n75 valve to a new one which he says fixed his issue.
Unplug the line that comes from turbo to n75 the one that feeds the n75 and put a bolt to seal the hose if you spike and recover power then your n75 is the problem

I'm in the process of building up my MK4 golf as well and it's nice to see that the turbo inlet is a pretty simple and complex piece to install.
Most info I’ve gotten out of one info on numerous questions I had. Great video homie thanks
Getting the pipe in was damn impossible but jesus you made this 30x easier my guy thanks for the help

Nice install video bro it would be nice if they would make that tube without the wholes not needed
+Jason Cameron thanks bro. Yes that will be great plus i do like the holes for the dv pcv n75 to be super long.
@@squalo777videos your welcome bro and you do or dont like them being long?

If uu realky 2as able to get that inlet in at the turbo in 20min. . Hats off to u.. took me 45min to get it strap on good..lol
+Smooth1002 it took me 5 minutes to get it in
I kmow the struggle of getting the hose in but im honest it took 5 minutes lol
shit took me like a hour and 30 minutes with me giving up in between then lmaoooo

You have to put it as tight as you can
You guys recommend an sai delete first or the turbo inlet pipe with airfilter?
I did. So much easier. Lots of crap out of your way to simplify the job
Bro how you can put the flow meter in the pipe i try on my gti but it no get all the way in
It just went straight in bro. Just twist it and wiggle it in lol
How do you get the clamp to sit right where the pipe sits on the turbo?
You have to put the clamp on the pipe before you even try to put it. If its a tight fit only tight the clamp enough to holt onto the silicone pipe and then try to fit the pipe to the turbo
I'm gonna do this tomorrow, thanks!
Hey your downpipe has a nut hanging off. Did you fix that yet? 3:23
Yes I already fix.it. im glad the video helped you bro 👌
