I have always connected this song to the moment of winning a hard earned victory. As soon as that kickass opening starts I see the fist being lifted into the air. Like you've overcome probably the hardest obstacle in your life/career whatever and you feel like nothing will stop you. Throughout the song you look back at what you went through to get to this moment and during the chorus its you and your victory celebrations. That's what I see.

the guys got a point tho. you have get more of a thrill in street racing... you're not in a controlled environment, anything can happen, and you're not in a stock car rather you're in the car you have worked on for the past 5, 6 years, maybe since you were 12 or 13 with your dad... so you're driving something you know almost better than you know yourself. all that adds up..
