  • Ashish Ranjan is an ex-ISRO, ex- BARC Scientist. He has spent the past 5 years writing a book on his experience of getting selected and working in India's Nuclear program and how he worked his way up into India's space program despite his poor academic background. Ashish had scored 53/100 in Mathematics and 61/100 in Physics on his 12th boards. He had even failed Physics in his 11th Standard. Ashish never got admitted to top universities for his B.Tech. like IITs or NITs. Yet, he made his way into India's two of the largest research organizations as a Scientist. He has recently published a Book, "The Boy Who Did Not Sign" which is a fictional story inspired by a true event in Ashish's life in BARC. The book is about pursuing a dream career despite our limitations and disadvantages, about relationship dynamics we all face, about doing the right thing, and much more. The Boy Who Did Not Sign is now published worldwide (Paperback + eBook).

    I fear studying, I fear competitive exam because I feel its like a devil which i know will defeat me because of high failure rate and high competition no matter how hard you study. Another thing is i am fearing hard work because it seems the competitive exam syllabus is vast. In my mind I'm only ready when i have finally completed the syllabus. If not then there's a depression and stress inside mind 24/7.
    I do online studying by watching videos so i get frustrated easily and start diverting myself by watching other videos. Because I fear and get frustrated and so i procrastinate.
    Deep down i know this isn't the right way to prepare for a competitive exam. Which gives me depression.
    Never before I have experienced this much pressure because i consider myself a below average student. I don't have any quality of a good 8 pointer student. Because a good meter of excellence.
    I have been struggling from masturbation addiction and arthritis from past 6-7 years. So may be due to low dopamine state its becoming like that.
    Deep down i know this isn't how an exam is cracked. My dreams get shattered. Again i bring my mind on track for so many times. Again i try to study again get distracted just to get some relief because you know i feel that studying is boring and hard.
    My dad used to say I'm not able to grasp the root/enjoyment of Study that's why i am lacking interest.

    • @kartikahluwalia8356
      @kartikahluwalia8356 9 месяцев назад +3

      first of all u need to workout and stop your masturbation and give your self breaks. Dont study with pressure , study it with excitement and with the intention that u are only learning and improving your speed it in by becoming efficient. Take a power nap for 15 minutes after 1 hour. In this way u will never get burned out.

    One thing I dont understand is, 'consistancy' there are 7 or more subjects. Atleast 3/4 subjects per day i have to study. Then studying 3/4 subjects one day, the next day i study other 3/4 subjects. Then the consistancy breaks for first group of 3/4 subjects. Also preparing for 7 or more subjects for unlimited time and unlimited syllabus. Anything from any chapter from any subject from any date of current affairs can be asked. How can i remeber all tgat I have learned for whole 1 year within 1 minute while aswering the question.

    Loved it ❤️
    I have doubt- can we do art works for refreshment? It is said our creative & logical brain do not work together and I also felt it ,that when ever I do crafts I do not want to study after it....I will be fully immersed in it.....
    So I was trying watching series but at the end of the week I will lose my control and the plan fails...It is becoming a loop.. What can we do about it?
    Do you have any suggestions for hobbies that we can do for refreshment except reading.....?

    Super hero... now your speed has reduced while speaking but still it has to be reduced. Give some seconds gap for each sentences. Cheers.. I am not judging you really just giving suggestion. Because when we speaking too fast listeners cant concentrate. Love from tamilnadu

    It's hard to keep in mind that same level of positive energy for study.... Instead you should write on paper so that you get motivate after some low feeling....Just seat ....whether you study or not...And you will see the result💯
