    As someone who has studied for competitive exams I can 200% say that 9 hours of effective study is way better than 15-18 hours of study that everybody (me also) plans. 18 hours study is useless. Study effectively for 9 hours that would produce the best output.

    Eating dinner early (around 7-8pm) is something I have been practicing for more than a year now & its really the best practice, along with daily yoga practice. U feel light & sleep right. And this study routine is fantastic. I had seen the Pomodora video of yours, & have started it also, bs iski aadat nhi hui h abhi but I am sure ho jayegi with everyday practice. Its really effective & I encourage everyone to follow this complete time table by you...❤❤

      I'm totally numb right now.
      So u request you to make a video on these exam nervousness and anxiety and how to be calm even in the toughest situations and how to overcome from failure like this plz guide me

      @@Saiearnmyself hey, im an 11th class student with a story similar to yours. I too felt similar emotions when i messed up my half yearlies and preboards but i went on to manage a 99 percentage in my 10th class boards. I personally used my emotions to push me to try to put myself in the test environments continuously so that i got used to the pressure. Plus, finding out what triggers the nervousness is very important. Are you spending too much time in writing answers to 3 marker questions or maybe 5 marker questions? (This was what i found caused my time management to fall apart hence causing a lot of panic). Now try ensuring that whenever you reach this point where you know you are prone to getting nervous, you get in control of yourself and maintain composure. Set up tools to help you get back on track i.e. talk to your tutors on how you can reduce your answers' volume but ensure you write all important things. Try improving your writing speed etc. Do this sincerely and you'll manage everything. Have some belief in yourself and push past the fear. Wish you the best

But in 11th i leave karate in order to just focus on my studies but result is totally different i leave karate inorder to study more but slowly i started gaining weight and lost my motivation, got bad addiction now i am only left with 5 months , i was pretty depressed from past 1 week wondering where i am lacking but now i found my ans :- its marathon not sprint ...,.

I see a lot of people applauding this daily routine but to be honest on a long run I won't think it's feasible at least for me. Our surrounding and environment at home plays a very Important role and not to mention the the social life which you have completely seemed to ignore.

    This plan is great, till now i used to wake up at 11Pm and study whole night till 4Am...,, then sleep for 4 hrs then as after 11am i do go for studies...then it used to last till 4pm, then i used to take sleep for 1-2 quick nap coz it is a best way to relax nd recharge our mind...., then 6 o clock i used to study for as like 1-2 hrs, then 8o clock i used to sleep..., !!
    Now i think i need some changes, coz effectively I'm studying about 9hrs, need to increase +1

    hello bade bhaiya
    I'm in class 10 and I have followed you for the last 1.5 years
    If you are free then consider replying!
    Earlier during my pt1 and pt2 I had 98% and full in maths,(I'm not weak ) but during the half yearly exam questions came out of syllabus and due to anxiety and nervousness I did silly mistakes which reduced my marks to 60/80(feeling depressed right now)THIS is the lowest mark ever I have scored.
    I'm totally numb right now.
    So u request you to make a video on these exam nervousness and anxiety and how to be calm even in the toughest situations and how to overcome from failure like this plz guide me

    • @ArushMangal-hm6rx
      @ArushMangal-hm6rx 11 месяцев назад

      @Saiearnmyself hey, im an 11th class student with a story similar to yours.

    • @ArushMangal-hm6rx
      @ArushMangal-hm6rx 11 месяцев назад

      @@Saiearnmyself Happy to help! on the topic of silly mistakes, they are tough to get rid of and i feel the pain of them more than most people (i didnt get a 100 percentage only due to my silly errors in my exam where i noted down the question wrong, or perhaps missed the basic keyword that i knew i had to write down and other similar stuff) to be fairly honest, silly mistakes occur due to a lack of focus in the moment. I personally would suggest, trying basic breath meditation for 10 minutes a day and especially doing this 1 hour before your mock exams so that you can repeat the same on your exam day. Breath Meditation will help you to learn how to quickly redirection your focus and energy onto your tasks until you get immersed into them. My teachers strongly advised me to do the same after seeing my mistakes in 10th boards and I have to say, it does show results. Otherwise, like I already said, find the triggers, places where you tend to make silly mistakes. Maybe its division, maybe its question comprehension or something else. Consciously focus on these places during mock papers so that it starts to feel natural putting extra focus on the same, prepping you for the pressure in the final exam. To be fairly honest, perfection with respect to not making silly mistakes is the last straw and it can be the hardest at times, that's why you'd have to put in a serious amount of thought into thinking and analysing your situation during the exam after you have given them. Try to remember what you were feeling then, did something distract you? Perhaps someone was talking to the invigilator and it made you laugh or anything else that may have led to you to put your guard down even if momentarily
