Dude, I cant say this enough. You are one of the best Dreams creators I have ever seen. Sadly, Dreams does not get much recognition on RUclips but this deserves as much attention than anything else. Even as I can't play Dreams anymore and have to work with programs such as Blender, I still enjoy watching your creations. This even beats some of the animations using systems which has more tools. I can't wait to see what you can do when you animate using advanced animation systems. Keep up the great work.
Thanks a lot man, you’re the best! I wish I had more time to dive into blender and learn more about animation, but with time, I’ll slowly transition to that. I’m coming close to that point where animating in Dreams is like riding a bike. I want to move to something more challenging sooner or later… but I’ll always be here in Dreams for the community!
Awesome. When I watched the animation, I was impressed by the swing animations, since making it is extremely hard. At least working with painting is difficult for me. the result is amazing 👏
Yeah working with paint can be very hard at times… especially with webs…. But in the end, I’m glad it worked out as usual! Thanks man for the kind words!!
@@chrisanimates99 I appreciate your confidence lol After watching a bunch of your videos and trying to catch the little stuff you do, I’ve improved a bit since posting this comment! I maaaayyyyy DM you on Twitter for some advice every once and a while lol I dmed you a while ago about a Matrix game I’ve since gave up on haha but I have a fighting game I’d love to make.
@@joelaballister8567 Man I always appreciate these kind of comments man! It mag take me some time to get to depending on how busy I am, but I’ll definitely like to see some progress or answer questions if I’m able!
The tutorials get you started, but don’t teach you everything. They simply introduce the basics. After that, it’s up to you to take what you’ve learned and apply it to your creations. As you create, over time, you’ll start learning more complex things that the tutorials don’t teach you. It just takes time. But the tutorials are definitely a great foundation!
@@chrisanimates99 I feel you man well the offer always stands whenever you are it's just me and my partner and another guy doing the 2 big games I'll hopefully be releasing a huge update on my game spy-knight soon it's another project I hold dear my my heart.
Lol wassup bro! You know I would love to collab with ya…. But I’m not gonna lie… I’ll be doing you a disservice since I have too much going on unfortunately
So I just watched this video at x.25 speed to try to catch what you’re doing. When you created the path box, did you attached it to Spidey? I saw you added a teleported to him. I’m just wondering because it looks like you began the animation with the box in his chest, but then the next slide shows just the box moving through the buildings. Please help! Lol I’m trying to learn
Sorry for the late response! I put a tag on the box and spidey teleports to the box! That way spidey goes on the same path as the box and I’m free to animate him in any position!
I have a few things that bother me a little in this project. When I watch the last scene one with webs and one with out the shader I favor the shaderless one more because the color saturation is a little bit overwhelming to watch and your Spider-Man model colors seem to be a bit to bright for this filter you have going, I think it maybe worth trying change all the colors or at least Spider-Mans colors down a few shades darker so the contrast doesn’t make him a little hard to look at maybe using a slightly darker shade of blue or even a grayish blue with a more crimson red than with pinkish red

You’re a true hero for that comment my guy…. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! 💯

It’s my pleasure man! Glad you enjoyed it!
Very impressiv, im sure if put the video on slow motion i could learn lots of tips , good job
For sure man… I appreciate you!
you can always adjust the playback to 0.25. That will slow things down for you. Try that.
Beautiful hard-work right here😍
Thank you thank you 🙏🏾😁😁

I need a whole master class for this stuff
Pls in-game cuscenes tutorial
Edit: and that toon shader too, it's awesome!
I can provide a link to the video tutorial where I learned how to make cutscenes… but I plan on releasing the toon shader after a while! Thanks!
I know it's not related to the video
the tutorial in Dreams teaches everything about making a game?

Ok thank you
Do you have a video, or can you make a video where you just do camera work alone? Like how do I get those sick shots of my animation?
I probably will make one. I know quite a few people have the same question
Damn whatever happend to helping me out with my spiderman game 2 years or a year ago lol.
Just got super busy and it’s hard to collab on projects now 😭 I wish I could clone myself
