I get anxious driving into work too (1.5 hr commute) ... I think it's a mix of not getting enough sleep the night before and already worrying about my tasks for the day. The more I think about the day ahead, the more stressed I get and before I even clock in im already a mess. Lately this has been happening a lot because work has been stressful and workload heavy, so I totally get where you're coming from. Hope all goes well and wishing you a great week ahead! 🌻✨

Pilates princess since 2005! Probably showing my age there lol. Agree that it is crazy expensive- here in the UK, a mat class is only around £10 to £12 but for reformer/ equipment it can be up to £25 to £30. I also totally get the commute to work anxiety, plus the night before and during the day! Thank you for this vid!
