Thank you for all the videos. My timing belt snapped, was expecting it eventually. Hasn't been replaced since previous owner in 2012. Probably 100k miles, service schedule is 50k.

My harmonic balancer was bad, spinning two piece. The tensioner is possibly optional, and requires a 6" vice, no C clamps won't work. 1st attempt didn't work, took the belt off and turned the cam gear 360 degrees to fix. FYI mechanics

Very good video, easy to follow. On the B230FX motor it does not use the standard belt, the belt has rounded teeth. Using the wrong belt will cause the belt to wear quickly.

If the marks on the cam gear are slightly off, do you turn the gear once the old belt is off, before installing the new belt?

Great Video! What tool did you use on the cam gear and to press the seal in?

I hope your flame trap and crankcase breather box are good and clean otherwise you're going to be doing seals again.

What are the drift tools you use and where do I find? Thanks.

I think I got mine through local classifieds...You can use a PVC tube or large socket that matches the diameter of the seal as a drift tool as well.
