    I did this mega scaled (regular sit ups and 25 lbs) and it was rough! It took me 19 minutes.

    Ok i have watched this before but i thought there was already a workout named "300" which comprised of 25,50,50,50,50,50,25 rep scheme or is it named slightly different?

    Who is the athlete here? Did an incredible job, especially on the dumbbells, strict CTB got tough though

    Did this today, it was extremely hard. Trying to log my terrible score in BTWB. Anyone know what's it's called in there? There's a 300 workout listed but its not this.

    14:53.
    TZstrength programs basically everything in this working including all of DB movements regularly so this was a cake walk.

      Not fake but it went from strict to kipping but still a good job

      Yves Wijnhard how was he kipping? I didn't see much personally. I thought it was pretty strict imo.

      Strict pull up need to outweigh kipping in programming. They did it with HSPU but need to do it with pull ups more. Only then will the haters stop

    The programming is good but the form shown sometimes is appalling, especially on the snatches , never do a snatch the way you see it in this video

      Could have given a little more with his legs but it really was not that bad.
