I personally don't mind at all if you do on camera or audio only Mina. I actually rarely *watch* your videos, so I turn majority of your videos and other RUclips channels into audio only by having it play in the background of my life. Even if I need to write something down that you're saying, I still treat your videos like it's a podcast most of the time, especially if I want what you're saying to really sit within me. That's part of what I really love about the Savage course. But whatever style of showing up resonates best with you, I'd love it regardless, because as a dedicated student and subscriber of yours I get the most from you when you seem like you're showing up and doing things in the way of what feels good to you.

Yes! I think you can definitely use it as a single person. Teaches the psychology of relationships and ways to communicate with a partner. In my life and upbringing, I never even knew or experienced what a healthy relationship looks like. I had to learn lol

Thank you for sharing this Mina. I’m experiencing something similar now with my first provider and father of my child. I feel trapped inside an unhappy pr mean person sometimes and trigger him. He also triggers me but the way he does it much more subtle. Don’t know if I’m coming or going

Great job Mina! Values are so important. I think a lot of us with faith backgrounds in the US are familiar with values being important but it needs to be reaffirmed for us all especially since there is scarcity in the environment with so much focus on things (Amazon, Temu, Travel, 1st class, IG) --+yet integral values are solid and necessary.

Recently I met this amazing provider man who was willing to take responsibility and be in a mature and loving relationship with me
After 1,5 months of dating he got distant and then we broke up, after that he revealed me so many of his childhood traumas (abuse neglect etc). I gave him support as a friend but I couldn’t contain myself in a relationship with him.
He won’t let me go. He is using me as a healer or he has feelings? I don’t know
All I know is after meeting me all his childhood traumas had resurfaced and he was shocked himself.
What does it mean?
I am so confused
I’ve seen him in his best and now I see him in his worst and I don’t want to put myself in a broken relationship
You feel used because it is not a commited relationship, he is not your husband. Maybe he wants a friend who can do the duties of a wife. I think is weird because he is so upfront with his traumas and you barely know him... men usually dont express their feelings so rapidly.

the man who wants to marry me and who I love thinks that our values are in alignment. I struggle with making a clear decision. Once I feel this way, then I feel that way. I‘m pretty much anxious about making a decision and I‘m not sure if our values are in alignment. Obviously our values changed by time, neither him nor me are the person we were 2 years ago (when we got each other). How can I make sure we share same values? How can I be sure 100% of a man? Mina, we love you however we can get you! I'm on the fence about whether I prefer on or off camera. On camera, I feel more of a connection, like your my friend and we're hanging out. That makes me feel like I need to be looking at you cause you're looking at me! Without a video to watch, I can just let it run in the background and not feel like I'm disrespecting you (I know, it's silly, but my manners are rock solid lol). For a quickie like this one, the video is nice, but your long form stuff is nice to only listen to. But, maybe pop up a picture of you when you're not doing video? That way we can still see your beautiful face while you're talking? Seeing you so feminine yet also powerful is so inspiring!

@theuniverseguru @minairfan any recommendations on "a place" and "time to heal" but not the place is not safe - You mentioned at beginning of Podcast you got a "safe place" to heal from your beautiful husband. Is it possible to still heal in an unsafe environment? Or should the the effort be towards getting to a permanent safe place, and then refocus on healing?
