    4th of July is almost here! It’s time to get your dessert on and celebrate with some seriously tasty! This flag colored Crepe Cake is a festive, delicious, and beautiful patriotic 4th of July dessert. I love celebrating the 4th of July gathered together with friends and family.     Ingredients:
    Crepes (6" per piece, about 20 pieces):
    Cake flour 265g
    Eggs 4 each
    Salt 1g
    Granulated sugar 70g
    Vanilla extract 5g
    Milk 630g
    Unsalted butter (melted) 95g
    Food coloring Red, White, Blue
    Cream Filling:
    Whipping cream 400g
    Mascarpone cheese 110g
    Condensed milk 40g
    Powdered sugar 15g
    Instructions:
    Crepes:
    1.Add sugar, salt and vanilla extract to the eggs and mix well.
    2.Sift in flour, add some milk and mix well.
    3.Add all the remaining milk and mix, then add melted butter and mix.
    4.Strain the batter through a sieve, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    5.When the batter is ready, preheat the pan over low heat.
    6.Lightly oil the bottom of the pan to prevent the batter from sticking.
    7.Allow the batter to cook until mostly set, then flip and cook until golden brown on the second side.
    8.Flat the cooked crepes and let them cool.
    Mascarpone whipped cream:
    1. Add mascarpone cheese, condensed milk and sugar to the whipping cream and beat at low speed.
    2. When the mixture becomes smooth, beat at medium speed.
    3. Beat until the cream stops flowing and when you lift the whisk a short, sharp forms.
